Patch-sensitive guide. Skips can be fixed without notice. Use them for a private practice run, never assume they unlock trophies, and keep a normal route ready for a group that wants the intended puzzles.

Pick a route goal
| Goal | Best approach | What can go wrong |
|---|---|---|
| Any% practice | Split early, use puzzle skips and carry one navigation tool | A skip can strand a teammate or leave a key behind |
| Story with friends | Keep the host on the normal unlock path and skip only when the group agrees | The next tower may be unclear without the expected key |
| 100% cleanup | Finish the normal route first, then use movement tech only for a marked revisit | Skipping can make it harder to remember which red prize is missing |
Community-reported Big Jump
Reddit players describe an “infinite jump” or Big Jump that uses a carryable object while jumping. The reported pattern is to jump, release and re-grab the object in a rhythm that gives the character extra height.
This is not an official move and the exact timing can vary by object, platform and patch. Practice over a safe flat area:
- Pick up a small carryable object.
- Start a normal jump with the object held.
- Release and re-grab during the jump instead of throwing it away.
- Stop if the object falls into a location the group cannot reach.
If the height gain does not happen, do not keep spamming the input near a puzzle. Report the patch and platform with the result; the exploit may already be patched.

Safer skips for a normal group
- Use the game's puzzle-skip option when everyone agrees that the challenge is blocking progress.
- Keep one player at the host's landmark while the runner tests a route.
- Place keys and prizes in a visible staging spot before trying a movement shortcut.
- Mark skipped puzzles in the 100% checklist so the cleanup run is not a guessing game.
- Use the map and fast-travel routes after the major towers are unlocked; a clean route is often faster than a risky exploit.
Steam players are already sharing skip-enabled runs, but join codes expire quickly. Do not copy a stranger's code into a permanent guide.

A simple practice split
- Navigator: stays on the map and calls the next tower.
- Runner: tests the shortcut with a spare tool.
- Host anchor: remains in the saved world and can restart if the route strands the group.
- Recorder: writes the elapsed time, patch version and whether the trick worked.
The recommended walkthrough is the baseline route. Compare every skip against it instead of treating a video title as a guarantee.
What skips do not prove
- A faster finish does not prove that all achievements will unlock.
- Reaching a landmark early does not mean its puzzle state is ready.
- A trick working once does not make it safe for a twelve-player host world.
