Steam lists 14 interface languages. The game's communication is primarily the voices or text messages created by players rather than a voiced story campaign.
Big Walk PC requirements
The Windows minimum is a 64-bit installation of Windows 10, an Intel Core i7-7700K or AMD Ryzen 5 1600X, 12 GB RAM, and a GTX 750 Ti, Radeon R7 370 or Intel Arc A380-class GPU.
Recommended specifications move to Windows 11, 16 GB RAM and a GTX 1070, Radeon RX 5600 XT or Intel Arc A750-class GPU. Mac requires macOS 15, Apple Silicon and 16 GB RAM; an M1 is the minimum processor and M3 or newer is recommended.

Does Big Walk Steam support crossplay?
Yes. A Steam player can host or join friends using PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, the Mac App Store or Steam on another supported computer. Use the platform friends list where available or share the host's Join Code.
There is no public matchmaking, local co-op or split-screen. Each player needs a separate device and access to the game. The multiplayer guide covers crossplay, hosting and saves.
Does Big Walk run on Steam Deck?
Do not treat Big Walk as officially Steam Deck Verified unless Valve displays that badge on the live store page. Its Windows minimum hardware is modest enough that community reports may describe it as playable, but controller behavior, text entry, battery life and performance can change with updates.
If Steam Deck support is the deciding factor, check the current compatibility badge in Steam before buying. “Runs on Deck” and “Deck Verified” are not the same claim.
Steam achievements
The Steam version has 12 achievements, including Big Ride, Big Sit, Big Makeover and Big Wall. The list mirrors the PS5 trophy objectives, but Steam does not add the PlayStation Platinum trophy.
Use the trophy and achievement guide for unlock conditions and a cleanup order that avoids unnecessary backtracking.
Steam or another platform?
Choose Steam if your computer meets the requirements and you want Steam friends, achievements and cloud support. Choose another platform if that is where your preferred host already plays; crossplay means the group does not need to share one storefront.
